At The Jean Genie, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the original label is still attached and the item is in its original, unworn condition.

 

How to Return an Item:

2. Package Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, with the label still attached.

3. Ship It Back: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges & Faulty Items

 

If you'd like to exchange for a different size, please follow the return process and place a new order.

 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
